The Overpressure exhibition was a selection of the best student works of the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague from years 2016 and 2017. Curators of the exhibition selected students who exceeded expectations, who truly outdid themselves. The goal of the design was to present the students themselves, who usually remain in the overcasting shadow of their groundbreaking creations, not the theme of overpressue itself. We have developed a specific photographic concept, composition and styling and commissioned the photographer Peter Fabo. Students were portrayed using staged studio photography and with various objects representing the inspirational sources which influenced their exceptional results. The used photographic concept was an outcome of our thinking process about the representation and the relevance of inspiration within art practice.
